At Moda Autentica, we operate a dropshipping business model, meaning that products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and our return policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly. Please read the details below carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. For customers in the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under EU regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) to return your order without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

Receive Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it via a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Confirmation: Once we or our supplier receive and inspect the return, we will notify you via email about the approval status.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

A 50% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns, as our suppliers incur processing costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer via Netopia or Wise).

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
